EOL Sailing informs users of the website about its policy regarding the processing and protection of the personal data of users and customers that may be collected through browsing or contracting services through its website. In this sense, EOL Sailing guarantees compliance with current regulations on the protection of personal data, as reflected in Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, and in Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21, which approves the Regulation for the Development of the LOPD. The use of this website implies acceptance of this privacy policy.

2. Collection, Purpose, and Data Processing

EOL Sailing has the duty to inform users of its website about the collection of personal data that may be carried out, either through email or by completing the forms included on the website. In this sense, EOL Sailing will be considered responsible for the data collected through the aforementioned means. EOL Sailing also informs users that the purpose of the processing of the collected data includes: attending to requests made by users, inclusion in the contact list, providing services, managing the business relationship, and other purposes (SPECIFY). The operations, procedures, and technical processes carried out, whether automated or not, that allow the collection, storage, modification, transfer, and other actions on personal data, are considered the processing of personal data. All personal data collected through the EOL Sailing website, and therefore considered the processing of personal data, will be included in the files declared before the Spanish Data Protection Agency by EOL Sailing.

EOL Sailing informs users that their personal data will not be transferred to third parties, except when such data transfer is covered by a legal obligation or when the provision of a service implies the need for a contractual relationship with a data processor. In the latter case, data will only be transferred to a third party when EOL Sailing has the express consent of the user.

As long as the user’s data is processed by EOL Sailing, users may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition in accordance with the provisions of current legal regulations on the protection of personal data. To exercise these rights, the user must submit a written communication, providing documentation proving their identity (ID card or passport), to the following address: EOL Sailing, Street: X No. Y, Postal Code: Z, City: V, Province: W, or the address replaced in the General Data Protection Register. This communication must reflect the following information: Name and surname of the user, the request for application, the address, and accrediting data. The exercise of rights must be carried out by the user. However, they can be executed by an authorized person as the legal representative of the authorized person. In such a case, documentation proving this representation of the interested party must be provided.
