Are you or someone you know struggling with mental health challenges? We believe in the healing power of the sea. That’s why we’re offering a unique, non-profit sailing experience dedicated to promoting mental well-being.

What we offer

A completely free, social sailing activity. A morning of tranquility and connection, starting from Marina Badalona. A chance to leave daily worries behind for a bit, and focus on the present moment.

Our Program

1. Welcome and Safety Briefing: We’ll start with a warm welcome and a quick safety session to ensure everyone feels comfortable and secure. 2. Set Sail: Together, we’ll leave the port, hoist the sails, and enjoy the open sea. 3. Sailing Together: Over the next three hours, participants will have the opportunity to take the helm, learn basic sailing maneuvers, and experience the joy of working with the wind and waves. Maybe catch a fish!4. Return to Port: We’ll head back to the marina, share final thoughts, and say goodbyes.

Duration: Approximately 3 hours (starting in the morning for optimal weather conditions) 

Cost: Absolutely free. This is a non-profit initiative aimed at giving back to our community.
